Our Values
The firm is organized as a multi-disciplinary consultancy company with a flexible organization structure. The various divisions are broadly divided into specialty divisions and project management. Our main values are to provide best and our specilized consultancy to your door.
Management Division
The project management divisions are responsible for management of projects from conception stage to implementation and maintenance. They provide specific construction supervision which include discharging the duties as the engineer in accordance with the contract, re-establishing or providing survey reference points, examining and approving the contractor's construction procedures, construction staking, shop drawings, progress payments, inspection including quality control testing, conducting progress meetings, preparing variation orders, making progress reports and as-built drawings.
Our Commitment
The specialty divisions form the core technical disciplines for most of the projects handled by REC. Synthesizing the functional requirements of the projects with the inputs from field staff and other disciplines, these engineers produce the final construction design and drawings. As groups, they provide to management divisions, design services for complex engineering projects, review of projects, investigations and remedial measures for complex situations, feasibility studies, technical reports and development of proposals.
